Halfway Point

Dear Readers,

We are into the second week of January already. Can you believe it? I've been quite lucky to be able to balance my schedule of late to allow a little more time for writing.

I am just passing the half way mark of my revised draft. I'm considering introducing Sabrina to you in this story, but I'll have to see what my editor thinks. A lot of readers have asked about whether or not we might have a cameo appearance of Amanda or Clara and the answer to those questions is yes! Amanda has been written into two scenes to date.

Clarissa Lee may have a brief appearance as well, but this book is going to be more of a stand alone. I wanted to tell a story that is completely different, than the world our royal friends inhabit. It will of course take place in the same universe. Olive after all is headed to London for Clara's wedding.

I never wrote the scene I wanted to for Clara's wedding reception and I think it might be fun to see a little more, even briefly, into what it was like. You all attended the ceremony, so why not the afterparty.

Prince Francis, Eddie's Uncle is a character I would like to bring up at some point. He's complicated and much younger than his brother, the king.
