Suzanna Stinnett Chris,
Your article on the experience with AWP rings loud and clear in my circles. I'm frequently surprised, again, at the blindness of people involved in every aspect of publishing, including ebooks. Visit #writechat, for example to see a Twitter group discuss the "advisability" of self publishing. Many cliched views are entrenched even in those who may not realize they are early adopters. It doesn't surprise me that an association from "earlier days" is operating with one eye patched and both hands tied in the back. The first round of evolution for these folks is to recognize the impact ebooks are having on print books -- their print books. That's a start. The light is already on full blast, though, so I don't know when they're going to be able to see it.
Enjoyed your book, by the way! My MC is an unemployed biophysicist, that's what prompted me to read it.

Christopher Suzanna--

Thank you for your kind note. While I enjoy going to the AWP a great deal, I expected more this year in terms of eBooks, especially since I saw so many people reading them in restaurants or on breaks. Perhaps they don't know what questions to ask let alone what to say.

Thank you, too, for enjoying LOVE AT ABSOLUTE ZERO!
