Sunday Funday

Dear Readers,

How is your weekend coming along? I've been working on school research and on updating my plotline of book three. I have to say, it has been certainly difficult to balance all of the things on my to-do list, but that is the nature of a writer and school. I am hoping to make a large push through today and tomorrow before I have to buckle down and continue working on some research for my last term paper of the school year! It cannot come soon enough. I look forward so very much to having the freedom to freely write all day.

I wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for taking a moment to read this post and to reading "Jiving With a Royal." I have found that our tiny readership is growing. I am hoping this will lead to great things. None of this would have been possible without you all. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

For this week's update I am nearly three-quarters of the way through book three's revisions. I am fairly happy with how it is coming along and I am already at nearly 65,000 words. This will be the longest book to date. I am so attached to Patrick and Clarissa. Being able to tell there story is so different from anything that I've written before. In this book you will find that these characters both fulfill a need for one another. They each have their own difficult pasts and on the road to combat their pasts they find love.

Patrick is one of the characters you may not have seen. He is briefly mentioned in book two, but otherwise what is there to know about him? Lots! I will begin by saying that he attended school with David. Growing up, they were close friends. Patrick as the son of an Earl had similar expectations placed upon him as David. He and Clarissa will attend a royal wedding in this book. On that note, I had better get back to work. Until next week.

-Tomi
