Do something for yourself today. Strike a (yoga) pose. Go for a walk. Buy, borrow or rent an exercise DVD. Visit a gym and ask about a trial membership. Carve out an hour for yourself and just relax with some stretching and breathing exercises. Prioritize one full hour where everything you do in that hour is for yourself.
