..... It is OK! Be Selfishk (SELF+ISHK). Ishk means "Love".

Don’t be guilty of taking care of yourself, making money, amassing wealth, or gaining power as long as you are NOT hurting others or yourself. You are just Being SELFISHK! (A new word)

You deserve it, in the same way as everyone else. Enjoy yourself!

· Go, have an ice-cream
· Buy fancy jewelry or an imitation
· Buy a musical instrument or a gadget for your OWN sake
· Wear the dress/make-up that you always wanted to
· Just watch a movie alone
· Cook your favorite dish
· Take a break from routine
· Take a stroll as long as you want

Do whatever you like as long as you are not hurting others or yourself. Think! This week, how much money/time did you spend on YOUR OWN happiness?
