Finally! I finally got Dr. Nell to be on my show! She’s a busy gal, a smart business woman, and an amazing holistic vet and traveling instructor, who I’ve known for years. Of course she has helped me for years with my furry loves, and I’ve always admired the way she approaches not just the animals but her business too. Full of integrity, well thought out biz plans, compassion and great tools for all the animals. Plus she has an active outside-of work-life, traveling and camping and major adventures, adding great joy to her person and her life! Outside interests and maintaining balance!
And now she consults virtually, which is a great gift for me since I had moved away from Portland, I had missed her as my vet. So good!

Dr. Nell is an integrative veterinarian practicing in Portland, Oregon, and is bringing natural healing options to pets worldwide through virtual visits. She has been a vet since 2004 and became certified in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine for pets in 2010. Dr. Nell integrates the East and the West, along with healthy doses of energy and empathy, to reach the best results for her patients. She is an acupuncture instructor for other vets and has spoken at both national and international conferences. She has always made a point to build in time every day to protect and restore her own energy. Dr. Nell enjoys just about any outdoor activity as well as reading, relaxing, and yoga. During this phase of her career, Dr. Nell’s missions are to increase happiness in the veterinary field and to make integrative medicine more accessible to animals across the globe.
