Is Christmas in July really a thing?

The idea of Christmas in July has totally become a thing, but even before it was, I used to wish I could celebrate Christmas all year long. As a kid, I really enjoyed the whole “feel” of Christmas. This was back when October was Halloween, November was harvest and Thanksgiving, and it wasn’t until December that the Christmas music and Christmas decorations made an appearance either in homes – or shopping venues.
