A Mundane Cleaning Question

Yes, today's post is a mundane cleaning question.

Let me attempt to explain.

We have fairly new windows (not wood) in which one half slides in a groove to open up half the window. The grooves are narrow and about half an inch (maybe slightly more) deep, and hard even to fit a finger into. Is there a smart way to clean these? Some nifty implement that would allow me to go around the house and clean out all those grooves on a regular basis so I don't get a huge dust/dirt/damp buildup (our wind...
