I had another book in mind to be my third book for the @palatinelibrary Summer Reading Program, but then I realized it was 40 years ago today that I took my seat in the Plaza Theater in downtown Erie to see my first Bond movie on the big screen, “Moonraker.” My life hasn’t been the same since. I bought Christopher Wood’s novelization in the summer of ‘79, but set it aside in favor of Ian Fleming’s originals. I’m finally getting around to reading it.
