This is a decent book. It’s nothing that’s going to blow you away, but if hot, steamy, and taboo is your thing, this is your book.It follows the same formula that a lot of these short-ish books seem to follow. Not a whole lot of story, but a whole lot of steam. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but I did think the taboo aspect was a tad bit overplayed, more than necessary. We get it, it’s not a conventional relationship but I think the more it’s pointed out, the less it sat okay with me. I didn’t need to be constantly reminded.
Still, it’s a decent book, in the same vein of all these types of books. If short, hot, steamy, taboo is your thing, give it a go.
