Keep your checkbook balanced. This could be doing the posture exercise with a book on your head as you walk across the room. It could be a yoga pose or it could be not falling down when you walk across an icy parking lot. Perhaps you could balance it as you build a house of cards. Perhaps you could put in on the kitchen scale and weigh out sugar and flour against it. Maybe chocolate chips.


How ever you decide to do it, keeping your checkbook balanced will help keep your stress level balanced too as you navigate the holiday shopping.
