A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Weights

A little known fact about yours truly, I lift weights. I have for a little over 2 years consecutively now. Reasons and passion can be saved for a different post as I could talk about weights for hours, but they do play a part in my little tale. 
I was at a new gym this evening and like most gyms nowadays, it had a row of TVs for guests to watch while running, rowing, cycling what have you. To get to the weights, you have to pass the TVs. While strolling from one side of the gym to the other, I happened to glance up and see an article on the news. As my eyes passed over it, the cogs started to whir and the next thing I knew a plot line was zapping through my brain in all of it's entirety. The best part is, for the first time ever, I actually have the time to sit down and write that plot line out if I am so inclined. And I have to admit I'm a little inclined. I simply wish I had been a little less sweaty when it happened. 
Also, if you can tell me where I got my title from, then maybe I'll reward you with say, your name as a character in the next book?
