Do you NaNo?

I do not NaNo mostly because I am a damn slow writer and I just cannot churn out words for the sake of word count in a single sitting. I'm way too anal for that. I wish I wasn't cause NaNo seems super-fun and I do love a challenge but I could never hope to keep up.

Do you NaNo? What do you like about it?
