Missing scenes

Because Complications ran well over 125k words, I deleted some scenes to tighten the flow of the story. However, I've saved those scenes, and if you're interested in reading them, you can find them here. Just scroll down to Missing Scenes.

I've also included the epilogue which ties up one particular loose end. :-)
