I’ve had an interesting day, and all i could think of was this piece i wrote for my next book. Why is it that humans ask God, the universe, (whatever they believe in) for better opportunities, friendships, love, wisdom, experiences; yet the moment we suffer pain, lose a friendship or romantic relationship, job, are challenged, or tested, then we look up and cry out WHY? When we are simply living out the same things we were asking for. To gain one must learn to give. To win one must learn to lose.
