Anne Kennedy: Aromatherapy for Beginners

Dear Anne Kennedy,

Your beginners' guide to aromatherapy made me want to go shopping for essential oils and start trying out your recipes for remedies, skincare and household. I'll have to go slow because I have a baby at home, but for when she's older I'll maybe start making my own household cleaning products with essential oils.
I found Aromatherapy for Beginners easy to understand, well structured, and you give a lot of information about the 16 oils you use. The recipes all work with spoons, cups and drops. I would have preferred millilitres. I'll be doing the math and noting measurements on the margins of the book whenever I use one of your blends.

All in all, a good book to get started, which is exactly what it says on the cover.
