What’s Next?

Hey Everyone,

I know it’s been a while since you’ve heard from me (in a blog post at least) but even with that as the case, I didn’t forget about any of you.

On that note, let’s play a little catch up.

Since Just One Spark released a lot has happened. I took the summer off to regroup and spend time with family, friends, and my husband. Grant (The Hubby) and I decided we are going to get a new house … real geniuses we are (say with sarcasm) and it’s very time consuming. However, it is in progress and we should moving in by February.

Although, at this time, I don’t know when the next release will be, I haven’t stopped writing. I have a new book that isn’t part of the Black Alcove series fully written. I’m trying a new route with this book, so as soon as I get feedback, I’ll let you know what my plans are to release it.

I began writing another new story. My first YA Romance. The plotting is about 80% complete. Between the plot line and what I already have written, it’s going to be amazing.

Although I am enjoying stepping outside of my box with these new novels, the light, funny, and feel good love stories will always be my favorite. With that in mind … I started writing another story. It’s another NA Romance and already so adorable, but also sexy. Never forget the sexy.

I also plan to finish the Holiday Novella I started over the summer.

The big question … when will Abby’s book (the final book in the Black Alcove series) come out?

The answer … it’s still plotted. I’ve added to the plot and I’ve written a few scenes. The three books I mentioned above will be done before hers. It’s not that I don’t want to write her story because I do. Lately, I’ve just been enjoying the change these other books have brought me. It will release in 2018 for sure though, even if it the very last day of the year. That I can promise.

I’ve also been enjoying the distractions. Game of Thrones. Books by Samantha Young, Emma Chase, Abbi Glines, and Rachel Van Dyken also easily gain my attention and distract me from my GOT distraction
