Love this prompt. It could go so many ways. Who is she and what does the key belong to? Is that the key to her heart…or chastity belt? Does the key belong to the door to hell—literally? Is she the gatekeeper? Maybe it belongs to salvation but she demands a high price, namely a soul. Could it belong to a safe deposit box stuffed with information that would destroy someone who is powerful? Or a chest filled with stolen jewels? What if the key is to the locked freezer containing creamy, delicious ice cream?
