Trapped

Trapped. It was a year ago their ships arrived. Hawking the promise of adventures beyond my imagination. How could I resist? How could any 13 year old resist? My family, only a fleeting thought at the time, now my only strength. No adventures, only this cage. I am the main attraction. I am trapped.
