This is something at first I did not quite understand, but now I see it as a memorial and as a way to acknowledge your personal history and past.You've got to remember your roots because it is those that, indirectly, made you what you are today.Being rich takes the sting out of being poor, and you never want to forget what made you and where you came from. Because it is humbling when people recognize what struggle and effort you went through in order to change your world and situation. Everyone wants to change their situation, but few people actually dare to make a change in the right direction.Never forget where you came from. Never forget those whom you worked with.
