Talk About It Tuesday: Creating Calmness

"Calm down" is one of the most common things that people say to me. I have always been one of those people who constantly needs to be on the go. I did four things at once, sped-walked everywhere and worried constantly when things weren't done or that I did things wrong even if something did get finished.
