Back to the Basics: How to Wake Up Early [Podcast #175]

This may be the most common question on this show, but how can someone truly wake up at 5:00 am? In this week’s episode of The 5 AM Miracle I get back to the basics of the podcast and discuss the fundamentals of waking up early consistently.

In the Tip of the Week segment I share my updated checklist for my FBOTs (focused blocks of time), plus a new app to block distracting websites.
