Today’s video features @mooksbrown who calls himself a workout scientist who’s living la vida hulkmode. This is a video of him doing some deceptively difficult feats of bodyweight strength endurance using an ordinary door frame. Watch to the end and be amazed. If you’re not amazed; go ahead and try to copy him. Then be amazed.
