I’ve got a new article up over at Geeks Out! It’s a snarky but loving look at Extraño, mainstream comics’ first gay superhero. (Yup, he beat Northstar’s coming out by almost five years.) Extraño has taken a lot of guff over the years from those who think he’s too much of a stereotype, but I adore him. This is the first of two parts, covering his initial appearances in the DC Comics limited series Millennium.
