Hints, Bribes, and Honey-Dos

I woke up today feeling much better. I decided to take advantage in case the migraine comes back later. Typically when I get a migraine like that it lasts three days. I wanted to take advantage of feeling good while I could.As soon as I got up I started cleaning the apartment. I can never concentrate on work when there is a mess. I brushed out Shaggy and painted the wall where I patched it the day before yesterday. I didn't get the color quite right. I think I'm going to have to go get paint swatches and try to find a better match.After I finished my honey-dos, I was going to bake some pumpkin bread but the pumpkin I had in the fridge had started to ferment. If I'm going to get drunk I'd rather it be from a good scotch not old pumpkin. Besides, since P.R. and I are both trying to lose some weight, it's probably a good thing I had to skip the pumpkin bread.Dinner is started for tonight so now I can focus on getting some work done. As Mrs. Kelly prepares to leave, things will get a little crazy but good people step up to help the children feel more at home.
