I like the first and last one best. I kind of like the second one, except that tiny tight to the body black dress or skirt that is at least 8 inches above her knee looks like something a sucessful post college graduate might wear to the mall, not a high school teen or college student. So it makes the model look older than the heroine's age if it is supposed to be a young adult or new adult novel. If it is a novel about a financially sucessful woman in her latter half of her 20's then this is all right. The flare, color, and style of the first and last one look more like they belong on a young adult or new adult cover.
The first one. I agree with what Kim (above) said, and I also think that having two models in the cover somehow highlights the fact that one of the heroine's main personality traits is fierce loyalty to her friends. The books is more about what you do for friends and overcoming grudges than about shopping, even though a lot happens at the mall. Not shopping, but relationships is what she look at.
