Garagegymfanatics Compares The Rogue GHD to the EliteFTS GHD

Garagegymfanatics is an up and coming review site that I’ve come to enjoy watching.  In this episode from June of last year, they  compare Glute Ham Developers or from two of the most popular strength equipment companies.  In case you didn’t know, the Glute Ham Raise is a great accessory movement for the hamstrings and glutes.  Hence the name.
