Whenever I catch people
staring at me,
I always see a look of fear
anxiously biting its nails
in their eyes.
& as much as it hurts
seeing this look of nail-biting-fear
over & over,
I can’t help but inwardly laugh
because even though
I might look like Mein Kampf
walking through a spider web
these people will never know
I’m a million times more scared of them
than they are of me.
