This book is deceptive

The title of Jad Wolf's autobiography interested me because of the bipolar aspect. However, this is a gimmick as the book becomes a relentless retelling of his criminal past and is utterly lacking in insight or any attempt to work with a psychiatrist to further understand this devastating and chronic illness.
While I enjoyed the travel part in the beginning I became more and more certain this undoubtedly clever man has simply used the description of bipolar/polar bear to attract undeserved attention
