I'm really not sure how I'm supposed to...

I'm really not sure how I'm supposed to interpret this photo that popped up on my FB newsfeed. Maybe the person is saying "so stop worrying about taking money away from Planned Parenthood, asshats?"
But honestly, I feel like it's vastly more likely that the person means "As long as my spouse gets paid, I got mine. Fuck everyone whose unborn children will be DIRECTLY HARMED by loss of PP funding."
(And exactly how is the unborn child specifically at risk here? One of the reasons that people often join the military is for the comparatively excellent healthcare. It won't be good for the kid if they get thrown out of their home for non-payment of rent, but that's not going to be good for ANYBODY.)
And, um, here's the kind of hilarious thing. (In a lolsob kind of way). If her soldier doesn't get paid, and she needs pre- or post-natal treatment, Planned Parenthood could help her out, as long as it gets the funding it needs. That is what the funding is for, y'know, the stuff they're trying to cut right now. I have a wonderful friend who credits PP and WIC for absolutely saving the life of her daughter (and likely her own life as well) by providing preventative care, vitamins, healthy food and psychological/mental health support at next to no cost while she was unable to work.
