Great read and thought provoking. Your concepts FMF and FPF are really great as stepping stones to help founders understand the real challenges ahead of them and questioning what do they really want to do and are they a good fit for it.

In my view, achieving product-market fit is an outcome of having a ‘validated strategy’ of being ready for ‘scalable growth’. It is the first milestone an investor really cares about because it tells her something is working that can provide her a return.
