Hur gör man någon så här intresserad?

En av mina vänner kontaktade mig nyligen med en fråga: Finns det något sätt att göra folk intresserade av någonting de inte var intresserade av från början? D.v.s. kan man skapa läsare?

Det här är en fråga som verkar mycket enklare att svara på än den är. Den är rentav förrädiskt enkel.
