Semi-finalist for the 2009 Akron Poetry Prize

Just found out The Erotic Postulate was a semi-finalist for the 2009 Akron Poetry Prize.


Congrats to Oliver de la Paz for his winning manuscript Requiem for the Orchard!  You can read some of Oliver's work in the first issue of the new journal The Collagist.

Welcome to the revamped matthewhittinger.com!

Harlo and I have been busy this month making improvements to the site.  Even though we still have some content to add, some kinks to workout, and are in the process of migrating my blog over, we decided to push many of the new pages live today for your enjoyment.
