Francisca Solar es la chilena más joven en firmar un contrato de edición internacional. Periodista con estudios en Criminología y Guión de Cine, su primera novela, "La Séptima M" -editada por Random House Mondadori- fue best-seller publicado en 14 países y 4 idiomas. Posee además dos libros infantiles en la colección 'Barco de Vapor' de Ediciones SM ("Igual a mí, distinto a ti" y "La Asombrosa Historia del Espejo Roto") y cuentos en las antologías "Alucinaciones.txt" de editorial Puerto de Escape, "Cuentos Chilenos de Terror" y "Cuentos Chilenos de Ciencia Ficción" de Editorial Norma.
