I came to writing by accident! I am a research junkie, and after losing 50 pounds in 60 days a few years back, I wanted to make sure I didn't see those pounds again! So, after lots of cutting edge science and nutrition research, I found that four older food based healing techniques for chronic conditions and cancer were very successful for maintaining superior health as well.

I began coaching friends and family, blogging, making videos on YouTube, and teaching workshops for free all over the San Francisco area. I created my own protocol based upon experimentation and successful results with myself and my clients. This led to radio show interviews.
