She has gone on to write a number of short stories for anthologies such as Dragon’s Eye, edited by Christopher Stasheff, Time of the Vampires, edited by P.N. Elrod, and Here be Dragons, Tales of Dragoncon, edited by Bill Fawcett. as well as numerous nonfiction articles.

“Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.”

“It is only from the lofty height of dreams, that we may appreciate the true glory of reality.”
Teresa Patterson

“Freedom is not defined by safety. Freedom is defined by the ability of citizens to live without government interference. Government cannot create a world without risks, nor would we really wish to live in such a fictional place. Only a totalitarian society would even claim absolute safety as a worthy ideal, because it would require total state control over its citizens’ lives. Liberty has meaning only if we still believe in it when terrible things happen and a false government security blanket beckons.”
