Learning by exploring

Dear Readers - I have just this week discovered that I had a Goodreads profile back in 2008, but in all the attempts at book promotion for Gentle Journey and three home moves, I lost the card containing my password. Thus I had no idea I was on it. When another author asked me to post my review of her book here, I decided to get an author page here, too. Now I am trying to navigate by exploring... It was a good book to take to wait at the doctor's office and while my car was being worked on. It was short and easy to read with short stories, one per chapter. One of the stories, I had heard long ago on the Seven Hundred Club as told by the missi ...more

“Whom wilt thou find to love ignoble thee
Save Me, save only Me?
All which I took from thee I did but take,
Not for thy harms.
But just that thou might'st seek it in my arms.
All which thy child's mistake
Fancies as lost, I have stored for thee at home;
Rise, clasp My hand, and come!”
