So, I have to examine and process what is dysfunctional in my life-and get back to center again. I walk, pray, and sometimes watch funny movies and have tea with friends. Reading great inspiring books and can dissolve the block. However, the reason I write is because I have a solution to a problem I see again and again. So, it usually just spills out of me- or something writes through me to get these insights to the public.
I enjoy being blocked and being unblocked- there is always an AHA! moment appearing in both states! (less)
