My name is Tim Jopling and I love any spy and espionage books, TV, or films! People always say you write about what you know and although I've never had any personal experience (I've worked in the IT sector for 16 years!) There were a number of things that made me want to try writing. I remember several years ago when I watched one of the Mission Impossible film

In particular I re-wrote the start of 'Out of the Shadows' to focus more on the main characters of Olsen and Deane. I also added in an additional Akira storyline and made some other tweaks throughout.

I did enjoy this book though the first 80 odd pages were a bit of a struggle. Obi-Wan or Ben doesn't appear till then for some reason! It was good though and you can definitely see the character of Obi-Wan in this book. I'd recommend it!
