Summerita Rhayne writes sensual romance which is sheer escapism with lots of emotional conflict. She first got published in 2013 and has won contests with prestigious publishers such as Harlequin and Harper Collins India. Writing, she finds, is the only way to deal with the numerous story ideas bubbling in her brain which pop up more rapidly than her keyboard can do justice to. Her pet belief is that even when writing time is in short supply, if the inspiration is strong enough, the story characters get a life of their own and will find a way to make the writer pen them down. When cerebrally confronted with the sizzling interaction of two Alpha characters, the only way to get peace is write their book!

At heart, she's a family person and ev

I love to write in the present, unraveling the conflicts people can relate to. Then again, going back into history is kind of magical because it allows my imagination wings to soar higher and create situation which are not possible in contemporary romance. To be truthful, I love both the genres :)(less)

All the clues to what your character might do or fears to face are there in what you wrote before and going over it, gives you a fresh perspective on a new twist or the perfect solution to what seems a deadend.

Summerita Rhayne is on page 186 of 212 of Agatha Raisin and the Terrible Tourist: Reading the series in order. The previous books were better. This one just drags. I don't know how the author expects the reader to root for the main character when they lie constantly. I found the fact she tried to commit bigamy shocking and horrible but this time she continues on the same path. How does she expect James to love her when she's cheating on him and lying bare faced to him about it?

Agatha Raisin is at crossroads as she decides on an early retirement. She's plunged into adventure instead of peace and calm and that's exactly what she needs. I loved the characters and the setting. The writing is engaging. Only thing I have against ...more

A readable but lukewarm story. The romance is sweet and has a nice pace but there are little twists or turns to keep one turning the pages.

Quite different from the serial Jeeves and Wooster. Very enjoyable read as always full of witty phrasing and turn of events typical of Wodehouse.

"
Not a very compelling read. Good while in the small Southern town, but boring just about everywhere else. A disappointment."
