Bernie Sanders’ supporters are far from ‘naive’ as Salon author suggests
Recently, an article over at Salon, authored by John Avignone, criticized the "naive" supporters of Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) who is running for President. Among other ill-informed opinions around Sanders' campaign and positions, Avignone criticizes supporters by saying there are no examples of Sanders' positions working.

Kentucky will not appeal Ark Encounter ruling as politicians praise the court’s decision
Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin's office told the Associated Press that they will not be filing an appeal against the Federal Court ruling on Monday in favor of the Ark Encounter.

Monday's Federal Court ruling that ordered the Commonwealth of Kentucky to move forward with the state's Tourism Development Program application is being heralded by Ken Ham has a huge win, not only for religious freedom, in his opinion, but also for his park which he says is now eligible for the $18 million tax incentive rebate.

Kentucky has a legal right to exclude the Ark Encounter from tax programs
In Monday's ruling by Judge Greg Van Tatenhove of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, stating the State of Kentucky was in violation of federal law when they denied Ken Ham's Ark Encounter from taking part in the Kentucky Tourism Development Program, the judge made a major error in his decision.

Federal Court rules Kentucky cannot block the Ark Encounter from tax incentive program

Grand jury indicts those behind anti-abortion videos, clears Planned Parenthood of all wrongdoing
A Texas grand jury has cleared Planned Parenthood of any wrongdoing in a deliberate and orchestrated attack on the women's health clinic by an anti-abortion group.The Center for Medical Progress, an anti-abortion lobbying group altered videos to make the clinic seem as though they were selling fetal tissue for a backroom, for-profit deal.

West Virginia House of Delegates pushes “In God We Trust” at public buildings
On January 22, House Bill 4225 was introduced to the West Virginia House of Delegates. The bill seeks to amend the code of West Virginia to include provisions related to “patriotic displays at public buildings.” I’m sure you can already see where this is going.
