Memorial tree for Michael Brown cut down in Ferguson

In an example of just how post-racial America is, a tree dedicated to Michael Brown, the 18-year-old who was shot and killed by police officer Darren Wilson last summer was chopped down by vandals.

A.D. the Series covers the Pentecost

Last night gave us the third installment of A.D. the Series. I would recommend anyone check out my first two posts on the show before reading on. Scientists observe female chimps making spears

According to a new study published in the Royal Society Open Science journal, new evidence suggests for "tool-assisted hunting exhibited by chimpanzees (Pan troglodytes verus) in a savannah habitat at Fongoli, Sénégal."Anthropologists have long been interested in the hunting techniques of chimps and other meat eating primates given the history of hunting in early human evolution.

FBI officials are investigating what they believe is a right-wing extremist group who posted the information, including home addresses of senior officials and former officials of the Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and other agencies.

Bill Maher: ‘I’ve never argued that vaccines don’t work. I just don’t think you need them.’

Among the circles I run in, it is often a very unpopular opinion that I dislike Bill Maher. I just don't find him that funny for a list of reasons. While I can agree with him on many issues related to liberalism or religion, overall he just doesn't do it for me.
