Robin Rumi has been focusing on the spiritual in her prose and poetry. She is widely studied on the subject of spirituality. She has walked in the oldest temples on the Earth dedicated to an ancient Earth Goddess and knelt in the largest cathedral in Rome. She has sung along with Appalachian “holy rollers”, sat in silent worship in Quaker service and participated in Native American sacred sweat lodge, finding the commonalities of love in all religions.

Her spiritual erotica focuses on the depth of connection available in a variety of relationships, all with a deep soul connection to the other person and with Spirit.

Gecko Dreams by Patricia Robin Woodruff

Gecko Dreams by Patricia Robin Woodruff

I have been reading many books on spirituality this year, and one that I came across is written by Tommy Bailey, “Ayahuasca: My Journey to Peru to Participate in an 8-Day Ayahuasca Retreat”.  I was intrigued to hear a first hand account of this Peruvian plant that reputedly has the power to connect people with the spirit world and the Collective Unconscio

Robin’s Recent Updates

Mithras by D. Jason Cooper
"I would have preferred the last chapter in the beginning, but other than that this was lovely."
More of Robin's books…
“I am Shakti, as well as Shiva. I am everything male and female, light and dark, flesh and spirit. Perfectly balanced in one single moment lasting an eternity...”
Robin Rumi, Naked Morsels: Short Stories of Spiritual Erotica

“Acorn struggles in pain to crack the hard shell and emerge. For it senses that out there… exists more and it knows it. It feels that there is a sun, even if Acorn hasn't seen it. It has felt some warmth and energy and it aches for more.”
Robin Rumi, Naked Morsels: Short Stories of Spiritual Erotica

“It came to me in whole form… that the energy of the Universe swirled and coalesced and formed into suns and cooling planets orbiting those suns. And on the planets (one specifically that I know of) the energy started swirling and coalescing into electrons and forming molecules and those merged and joined and formed microscopic life, that in turn gave rise to aquatic things, and plants and animals and beings that walked on two legs that loved and had children that in turn loved. So that all the planet is connected by the energy of the Universe, and I am part of it.”

“All women are a reflection, a mirror of the Goddess. Remember… you are the Universe figuring itself out. So of course you are identical to the female aspect of divinity.”

“We repeat the shout of the Universe. You and I blend together. You are one word and I am another.”
