Marco G. Casteleijn grew up in a small town in the Netherlands, and a good way to escape was to read.

He has been writing short stories, a children's book with his daughter, and poetry since high school and continues to do so.

In addition, Marco has published several academic peer reviewed articles in respectable journals.

Marco is working on his lyric sequence “My Opaque Dreams”. He is currently working as a Senior Researcher, in Finland where he resides with his heroic wife and three magical children.

A few come to mind in regards to making me think: Hyperion series from Dan Simmons. I love the work from Neil Stephenson. Dan Simmons introduced me to Keats and that inspired the poems in the Scattered Voices from my hand.

Nationalistically? Well as a scientist I need to observe, so I guess I get inspired by things I notice and remember. Small things, words in discussions, some feelings going with it. Inspiration and ideas are plentiful. Voicing it in the right way is sometimes as easy as breathing, sometimes as hard as running chin-deep in mud.

Yes I am reading that

Hello Goodread people.

I love this site and was a little engaged, but now I will be here more often.

I am reading the other poems in the Scattered Voices now, not to show the picture of the book 700 times on my profile, but hé, its 200 pages of great poetry and I do not know all of it yet.

So that is why am reading it now. Bear with me, I will read soon some other books.

Greetzzz.
