Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

It's a lot of time to think...about a whole bun…moreThe idea for my current work-in-progress came while driving the seven hour route to my parents' house. It's a lot of time to think...about a whole bunch of stuff. Not sure what made me start to reminisce about "The Six Million Dollar Man", a TV show from the seventies. I started thinking, "Wouldn't it be cool to write a newer version, where a teenager has bionic implants?" From there, the idea took off. By the end of the long drive, I pretty much had the entire plot worked out in my head.(less)
