now.” Tobias shook his head and hated the worry he saw in Emmett’s eyes.

“So… ” Emmett
lingered on the vowel and pushed his glasses back on his nose. “If you’re
not that Toby anymore, and I’m not that Emmett anymore… who was it that
couldn’t resist kissing me?”
Toby closed his eyes and
chuckled with pleasure. “Just… me.”

About the Author
Lynn Charles’ love of writing
dates back to her childhood, but continued into adulthood filling books upon
books of journals long before journaling was cool. While she considers herself
a rusty musician now, music has always been a driving force, earning her degree
in music education and many years performing and directing choral music. She
lives in central Ohio with her husband, two adult children and a small

Book 10 of the 50 book challenge. Broken Records by @lilahsuzanne. Such a good book, I really enjoyed reading this story. Nico’s mom was really funny and I also really found Hailey Banks interesting as a character. Grady and Nico’s romance seemed very real to me. I can’t wait for book 2.
