Animator, fighter pilot, knight, Thundercat – Jessica wanted to be many things since childhood, but none of them as avidly as being a writer, her dream since age seven. Except perhaps Thundercat – that never gets old.

Jessica likes to keep her life as interesting as she hopefully keeps her writing. Camping on the wilds of Dartmoor during thunderstorms, talking to charming Yorkshiremen she can't understand, climbing up the side of gorges and riding runaway racehorses - things should always be this exciting.

She hopes to have been a travelling bard

That's also why travel writers are so popular; people want to learn about new things and different experiences. Good luck with it :)(less)

Audiobook Review / Accessories After the Fact by Sylvia Meagher

After re-reading (or listening) to Not in Your Lifetime: The Assassination of JFK by Anthony Summers, I was directed from various sources to Sylvia Meager's forensic examination of the Warren Commission's investigation of the crime. It remains so far one of my favourite JFK books and also one of my favourite investigative books overall, and I've listene

“Greatness, Master, is generally only considered enough if you are the greatest.”
Jessica O'Toole, The Fate of Vultures

“Do only the greatest good, for the greatest number of people. They will do the rest.”
Jessica O'Toole, The Price of Sanctuary

“I wish this world had none of it. That we were all bound only by the matter around us and the dreams in our hearts. But it does, and we are all slave to it, unless we give the challenge. What is the point of possessing the power you have if not to use it for the greatest good you hold so dear? And why do you think that goodness exists in doing nothing, rather than trying something you’re uncertain of?”
Jessica O'Toole, The Price of Sanctuary
