Show Australia some love! It's release day for the anthology of Australia Burns from authors at The Wild Rose Press! If you didn't get a chance, check out my post on how this started here! You'll find my story in Volume Three. Here's a sneak preview from Stained-Glass Vision: When Alex McDonald lost his beloved wife, his soul shattered. Without his whimsical daughter Bella, he would have died. At her request, they return to a magical and treasured family sanctuary. Can the balm of remembrance...

Australia Burns | An Anthology of Stories from The Wild Rose Press

Allow me to share a story with you… One of our Australian authors within my publishing house, The Wild Rose Press Inc., reached out to our CEO and to the authors with a plan to put together a collection of short stories for charity for his country. Never did Stephen B. King envision so many would respond. He'd hoped to get maybe a handful, but ended up with 48 authors scrambling to help him out (this is why I love my publishing house so much), including me! Yep! I put together a short story...

Long and Short Reviews Weekly Blog Challenge | 02.05.20

For this week's challenge, I didn't have to think twice. The topic: My celebrity crushes. Now I'm not going to tell you how many I had as a teenager, since the list from a shy, curly-haired teen would be massive. Seriously! I worshiped these crushes in silent adoration. However, as an adult, there are only two. And in no particular order. Errol Flynn. Need I say anything more? Well I could go on and on. Let me profess that this bad boy actor made my knees weak whenever he entered a scene....

Spotlight New Release Interview | A MATTER OF MANNERS by Terry Graham

Please make welcome a sister Rose from The Wild Rose Press, Terry Graham! We're celebrating her new release, A Matter of Manners. The Tavern is serving a vintage Cabernet and cheese tarts, so get comfy and let's hear what Terry has to say... Congratulations, Terry! Delighted you could join us today. I'll start by asking one of my favorite questions: Describe a typical writing day. Are you a morning, afternoon, or night-owl writer? I wish my writing days could be described as typical. Lol....

Long and Short Reviews Weekly Blog Challenge | 1.29.2020

If you've read my Winter Newsletter, I stated, "A new year of possibilities beckons!" Yep! This has become my word for 2020, and I'm eager to try something new. Although I'm late in jumping into this challenge, I'm hopping on board the Wednesday Weekly Blogging Challenge hosted by Long and Short Reviews. The topic for today is: Best book/movie/TV couples. Honestly, I could twist this topic into so many meanings. Seriously, my friends. Does it mean my favorite book turned into a movie on the...
