Trisha Sales is a 20-something full-time IT consultant and wife. She self-published a collection of poetry, Heartstrung, back in 2013. She became a Christian at the beginning of 2016 and is now writing about Jesus and the love of God. When she is not developing or writing code, she whiles away admiring art and literature. In other crevices of the internet, she is also now known as Mrs. Bel.

J.M. Barrie
“Stars are beautiful, but they may not take an active part in anything, they must just look on for ever. It is a punishment put on them for something they did so long ago that no star now knows what it was. So the older ones have become glassy-eyed and seldom speak (winking is the star language), but the little ones still wonder.”
J.M. Barrie, Peter Pan

J.M. Barrie
“Second star to the right and straight on 'til morning. ”
J.M. Barrie, Peter Pan

J.M. Barrie
“And if he forgets them so quickly," Wendy argued, "how can we expect that he will go on remembering us?”
J.M. Barrie, Peter Pan

J.M. Barrie
“Every child is affected thus the first time he is treated unfairly . All he thinks he has a right to when he comes to you to be yours is fairness. After you have been unfair to him he will love you again, but will never afterwards be the same boy. No one ever gets over the first unfairness; no one except Peter. He often met it, but he always forgot it. I suppose that was the real difference between him and all the rest.”
J.M. Barrie, Peter Pan

J.D. Salinger
“If you're a poet, you do something beautiful. I mean, you're supposed to leave something beautiful after you get off the page and everything. The ones you're talking about don't leave a single, solitary thing beautiful. All that maybe the slightly better ones do is sort of get inside your head and leave something there, but just because they do, just because they know how to leave something, it doesn't have to be a poem for heaven's sake. It may just be some kind of terribly fascinating, syntaxy droppings--excuse the expression. Like Manlius and Esposito and all those poor men.”
J.D. Salinger, Franny and Zooey
