I am a first-time author of this collaborative book on Affective Psychology and physical health. I have no formal medical training and have not had a 'sick-day' for years!

My main career was in the commercial fields of horticulture and floriculture where science and art meet. I would never have thought that would lead me towards healing until I came upon a new learning that I've shared in this book.

I enjoy gardening outdoors and with my houseplants indoors. I have music on most of the time.

I love living in the Washington, DC area with my husband, family, friends, cat, cockatiels and the wildlife in my yard.
